About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant I to join our team. This role involves supporting office operations by managing communications, assisting with scheduling, and handling various administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant I ensures a welcoming and efficient environment for team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support by managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls with
professionalism and efficiency.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Assist with organizing company events and meetings, including preparation of necessary materials.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation in a secure and accessible manner.
• Prepare outgoing mail, coordinate deliveries with courier services, and manage incoming mail and
packages.
• Create and update documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely procurement and restocking.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving or escalating concerns
appropriately.
• Collaborate with team members to support projects and ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in office administration is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to assist with diverse tasks.
Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
